From our family to yours…
In 1995, with the intention of helping their children in becoming independent, one Regiomontana family supported the idea of their children opening a “taco shack” in the city of Monterrey, NL. The love for grilled beef and the desire to experiment with flavors of American cuisine was what gave way to the dishes that today make the long and varied menu of El Papalote.
Just over 20 years later, we have 15 El Papalote Taco & Grill restaurants in Mexican territory. Now, as GRUPO PAPALOTE, we continue growing and trying new recipes to offer not only delicious food, but experiences that satisfy our guests, and above all, give meaning to our work.
