From our family to yours...
In 1995, with the intention of helping their children to be independent, a Monterrey family supported their children's idea of opening a «taco shack» in the city of Monterrey, NL.
The taste for roast beef and the desire to experiment with the flavors of American cuisine was what shaped the dishes that today make up the wide and varied menu at El Papalote.
Just over 20 years later, we already have 12 El Papalote Taco & Grill branches in Mexico, and we continue to grow.
Now, formed as GRUPO PAPALOTE, we continue to grow, trying new recipes and renewing flavors to offer not only delicious dishes, but also experiences that satisfy our diners and, above all, give meaning to our work.
